Note, this is a lower mountains species.

A fast growing and relatively long lived wattle (up to 25 years) reaching from 2-16m depending on conditions especially available moisture. As a coastal species it is salt tolerant and can handle light frost. Useful for windbreaks and screening, light pruning in early years will encourage a good shape.
